I was reading an interesting AP article this morning entitled Kerry Ties Hurt Some Democratic Senators. The article discussed how many hotly contested Senate seats are in states where Bush is popular and Kerry is not, and how this is why many Democratic Senators are not campaigning jointly with Kerry... to appear with Kerry would actually hurt them, which could be why Daschle used photos of himself embracing President Bush in his campaign commercials. Pretty interesting, if you ask me. Check it out.
