The folks over at Google have finally showed some backbone and have done
the right thing. It took thousands of complaints, a few news articles, and a recent mention in Newsweek to get google to finally remove Jew Watch. This is an excellent sign, and deals with some of my
worst fears about the future of the internet. Jew Watch can still be found in Google's indicies by looking up "Jew Watch."
What remains to be seen is whether Google is going to let this be the exception to their hands off rule, or will they start aggressively working to ensure the quality of their top links? Call it my cynical side coming out, but I think Google's response to the 'jew' fiasco might have more to do with
this than any concern about the quality of their search results or doing what is right.
